Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and, within a certain number of days, the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sold items (if applicable)

Only normally priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an identical item, please email to speak with our customer service staff to clarify the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
